Detection of leak points. Flood test (if applicable). Thermography to locate damp areas. Proposal of the optimal system.
Substrate Preparation
Surface cleaning. Crack repair. Levelling with mortar. Formation of falls (>2%).
Priming
System-specific primer. Improves adhesion. Vapour barrier (if applicable). Bonding bridge.
System Application
Welded PVC membranes, sprayed polyurea or bituminous sheets. Reinforcement at singular points. Standardised overlaps.
Protection and Finish
Protective geotextile. Drainage layer (if applicable). Paving or gravel. Final watertightness test.
