Directed execution process
Slab Diagnosis
Moisture measurement with a hygrometer. Pull-off adhesion test. Flatness analysis. Detection of cracks and fissures.
Surface Preparation
Mechanical shot-blasting or milling. Opening of the concrete pore. Industrial vacuuming. Repair of structural defects.
Epoxy Primer
Penetrating two-component epoxy resin. Seals pores. Ensures adhesion. Moisture barrier.
System Application
Self-levelling base coat or multilayer mortar. Anti-slip aggregate (if applicable). Final sealing coat. Thickness according to traffic (1-9 mm).
Quality Control
