Structural Reinforcement with Carbon Fibre
Technical system of structural strengthening using CFRP composite materials (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer). ETA approval. UNE-EN 1504-4 certification. 10-year guarantee.
Why this system
Extreme Strength
Tensile strength 10 times higher than steel. Elastic modulus 7 times greater. No corrosion.
Minimal Weight
80% lighter than steel. Adds no dead loads. Ideal for structures with load limitations.
Fast Installation
Carried out in 3-5 days. No demolition or shoring. Minimal operational disruption.
ETA Approval
European Technical Assessment. UNE-EN 1504-4 certification. Extended 10-year guarantee.
Corrosion Resistant
Inert material. Does not rust. Resistant to aggressive environments (damp, chemical, saline).
Minimal Thickness
Laminates of 1.2-1.4 mm. Fabrics from 0.5 mm. No impact on clearances or aesthetics.
Applications by sector

Directed execution process
Preliminary Structural Study
On-site inspection. Collection of geometric data. Concrete testing (sclerometry, ultrasound). Calculation of required reinforcement to EHE-08.
Surface Preparation
Cleaning out of degraded concrete. Levelling with structural mortar. Mechanical grinding to optimal roughness. Cleaning with compressed air.
Primer Application
Two-component epoxy primer resin. Ensures perfect adhesion. Sealing of pores and cracks. 24-hour curing.
CFRP Installation
Cutting of laminates/fabrics to size. Application of structural resin. Placement with a bubble-removing roller. Uniform pressure until curing.
Protection and Finish
Fire-protection coat (if applicable). Finishing paint. Marking of reinforcements. Handover of technical documentation.
