Directed execution process
Structural Diagnosis
Detailed visual inspection. Non-destructive testing (sclerometry, cover meter, ultrasound). Core extraction (if applicable). Technical report.
Concrete Cleaning Out
Removal of disaggregated concrete. Perimeter cutting with an angle grinder. Cleaning by sandblasting or hydrodemolition. Exposure of reinforcement.
Reinforcement Treatment
Rust removal by blasting. Passivation with anti-corrosion primer. Addition of supplementary reinforcement (if applicable).
Repair with Mortar
Wetting of the surface. Application of bonding bridge. Filling with class R4 structural mortar. Smooth or rough finish.
Final Protection
Waterproof coating (if applicable). Protective paint. Joint sealing. Handover of documentation (DTU, certificates).
